Jim Luttrall was licensed as an inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission in 1995 as part of the state prescribed apprentice inspector program under a Texas inspector who is also a Professional Engineer.

Although a minimum of 16 hours of formal continuing education is required by the Texas Real Estate Commission, it is the policy of Mr. Inspector.net to exceed this requirement.
